1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We are happy to accept returns and provide a refund for items that meet the following conditions:
The return is requested within 30 days of the original delivery date.
The item(s) are unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.
The item(s) are in resalable condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition.
Products that have been damaged due to customer misuse or after delivery.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a return and refund, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Ship the Item: Ship the unused, sealed product(s) to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for the item and, upon receipt, send the correct product or issue a full refund at your discretion.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Final Sale & Promotional Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased as part of a special promotion/discount bundle are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
7. International Orders & Duties
Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Original shipping fees, international duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
