This policy outlines the shipping and delivery procedures for orders placed on avedabazaar.com. Please read the following information carefully.

Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, the estimated transit time with our carrier partners is 6 to 12 business days for delivery.

  • Please Note: This time frame is an estimate provided by the carrier and begins from the point of dispatch, not the order date. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier logistics, weather, or customs processing. We strive to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. You can also log into your account on our website to view tracking information.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout. AvedaBazaar is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.

International Orders & Customs
You are the importer of record for all shipments delivered outside the country of origin. Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. AvedaBazaar has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the carrier immediately. For lost packages or items damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
